FORTITUDE 41 - Develop full body strength through a variety of compound lifts and supplementary exercises in a small group environment lead by our experienced coaches. Fortitude acomodates beginners through to experienced lifters. We will push you to new levels
RIG 41 - A strength & fitness session focused around our functional training rig. Our rig uses a combination of suspension training & floor based body weight exercises
FEROCITY 41 - Allow our team to push you through this high intensity conditioning workout. We aim to challenge you physically and mentally. This class is guaranteed to burn calories & leave you on an endorphin high
ASSAULT 41 - A circuit based full body attack using multiple exercises & equipment to ensure you leave with nothing left in the tank
FITT CLUB 41 - A circuit based high energy session with a nightclub vibe. This class is guaranteed to get the endorphins flowing
RESTORATION 41 - Rejuvenate your body using a combination of flexibility, mobility & muscle release techniques. A variety of fynamic & static movements alongside foam rolling will help you kick on for the rest of the week
OUTDOOR GYM - Join us for an outdoor open gym session. Home to our custom outdoor rig, our outdoor space has lots of the features of our indoor training space with the added benefits of training outside. All membership options include access to our outdoor playground
